Use this text wherever Volanos needs a short description: event programs, sponsor pages, articles and partner sites.

Volanos is a Calgary growth firm, founded in 2024. We replace scattered marketing and sales initiatives with one revenue system, owned by the business and built to grow with it. Powered by VolanOS, our proprietary framework, it turns aligned leadership, AI and clear metrics into consistent growth.

Using the logo

A few rules keep the mark clear wherever it appears.

Clear space

Keep empty space on every side of the logo equal to the height of the "O" symbol. No text, logos, edges or images inside it.

Minimum size

Below these sizes, use the symbol on its own.

André Buarque

Chief Strategist and Founder

André Buarque is the Chief Strategist and Founder of Volanos, a Calgary growth firm, where he also serves as a fractional executive for some of its clients. He builds revenue systems for founders and CEOs, connecting marketing, sales and revenue into one operating model, and leads the firm's work in AI and context engineering.

His background combines executive leadership and entrepreneurship. He held executive roles at Launchcode, where he was CMO and later led operations as well, and at Booking.com, leading Western Canada. He co-founded Keepo, which grew to 250,000 users before its acquisition. He speaks and mentors on AI and growth systems with the University of Calgary and ReSkill Calgary.
